“I have been working at Centerboard for 14 years. During this time, I have grown professionally and personally thanks to the people who have been around me. “I have been blessed to work for Centerboard for 17 years. I was 23 when I started at one of the Teen Parenting Programs part time. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing staff that have taught me so much at many of the programs! Centerboard is always educating the staff and practicing "out of the box" methods to engage families and youth that we work with. The families always come first and the focus on empathy and being Trauma informed when working with the families and youth is something that I feel is really important in the work that I do. Working for Centerboard gives me the opportunity to help those that are in need in ways that will teach them to be self sufficient. Centerboard has helped to create who I have become as an adult.
